Samsung G600 HELP.?

Does anyone know why all photo messages sent to my phone, I hold to retreive them from the orange webiste via mms join.
I had the samsung e900 and I have no problems with that.

Is at hand a problem on my phone or should my settings be set a different way.

Please oblige!!

Do I have to contact red to rectify problem!
