K I want to buy this song but I don't have any money disappeared on my itunes card. When it says it will of late bill it or whatever does that penny-pinching it will automatically take the 99 cents from the subsequent itunes card I get?

most predictable you would not be able to buy it unless you join another iTunes card, use a credit card, or a paypal account
