Why wont my phone retrieve a picture?

Answers: maybe your fone int compatible beside pictures? more newer phones do...and sometimes the file of th picture might fluctuate so it then sometimes doesnt really work, i sometimes hold that too
I had a similar problem beside my new phone which is a Samsung U600, near my old Samsung i could acquire picture messages, but when i got one beside the new phone it said i have to look at it on the computer. I also couldn't send picture messages, resembling you it looked like it be doing something but wouldn't send it. I go back to the shop where on earth i bought the phone and they rang Virgin ( who i am with), they explained the problem and virgin sent 2 primer messages to the phone, enabling me to receive picture messages and also transport them. Maybe this is what is wrong with your phone. Phone the customer services of the family you are with and explain.
