you own to complete your contract before you can move it. i have an 18mth contract and can exchange my tarriff after 12mths. mobile phone contracts are the worst. you cant cancel them as you enjoy to pay the remainder within full and there is no "give" contained by a contract that has be signed. i cant wait till my contract is over. individual another 16 mths to go.....
