Dropd cell surrounded by grease at work. (no insur) works o.k, but blind is grease inside anyway to verbs it out?

I can still see screen items, but massively dark due to the grease. can I remove cover somehow to clean grease out/off? newer basic Nokia.


Answers:    I did something similar to my work phone. I used rubbing alcohol to find rid of the oil. It took me a while but it worked.
Once you bring back the oil out, the alcohol will evaporate and not affect the circuitry.

BE CAREFUL! Remove the battery-operated and don't make any sparks while doing this.

Just a thought. If your boss requires you to hold a phone and you have to use yours, see if the boss will facilitate out with the cost.
