EBAY RAZR.....IT SAYS UNLOCKED-CINGULAR but can I USE IT WITH CELLCOM?
Answers: Well if the salesperson says it is 'unlocked' after it can work for any GSM network. But I suppose (yes I think) that he means it is originally Cingular but is very soon unlocked. I hope this helps! (And I intuitively wouldn't but from him if the description is shallow. If you post a link soon I will expurgate and see if it looks decent.)
Edit: What Inuyasha (12NI) said is right. Makes since. The knit you posted looks like it's unlocked but if you are using a CDMA web then a GSM phone will not work. Sorry and hope this help!
You can't use that phone with Cellcom. Cellcom's phones and see are CDMA, which doesn't use sim cards. Cingular/AT&T's phones and network are GSM, which requires sim cards contained by order to work. They are two completely different technology and are not compatible with respectively other. Unlocked phones cannot be used with a CDMA provider. Unlocked single refers to GSM and iDEN phones only, and ability they can accept a sim card from a compatible provider.
