I did not drop it but I noticed that I be having trouble sending phone call. Then twice when I was almanac to music on and the music stopped and just froze. I tried pressing lapse on the side, then I closed it but it still didnt do anything and this happend 3 times this week... I dont own insurance on it but I only get it 5 months ago through verizon.com... Can I get it replaced?

yes if u only just got it or if u enjoy insurance on it they will tell u i individually did not like it public notice changed it for the text phone that flips both ways its my fav and it have music on it
It sounds like you enjoy so much info on your phones memory it just freezes up because near is so little room for any more. youir going to have to delete or defragment your files.
