Answers: I would filch it back and receive a new one. You hold a certain amount of time to return/exchange it anyways. It could enjoy a software issue or it could just be a doomed to failure phone. You don't want to be stuck with it after the first month is up and you can't exchange it anymore. I work for Sprint and this is what I would recommend to my customers.
that happen with mine coz my son have slavvered on it, it might be damp somehow, administer it a day.

in recent times contact samsung via email or phone, phone is easier and quicker, but more likely to chitchat to someone foreign and not understand them properly.
