i wanna surrender the sim..... some say that i have to write a letter.. if so to whom should i address it and what should it contain? i'm totally blank..... please oblige.
Answers: go to vodafon's department contact their reception and ask them. they will guide you better. you have to write a communiqu¨¦ about surrendering sim and plea for that and enclose the sim beside it.
Just write an application and submit it alongwith the sim in nearest franchise of Hutch.
