Who feel that cell phones should be not permitted while driving??!!?
If you are going to use your phone, pull over and stop putting other inocent drivers, and other's surrounded by danger because their minds are somewhere else.
I've see people fly through red lights while conversation on the phone, stopped at a green light while they are chitchat and texting.
I still see 90% of people using them, minus hands free devices.
And the manual messaging bit while driving!!
Answers: Oh good lord, clearly. I agree with you 100%. Not lone is it extremely annoying to get down someone going 2km an hour while blabbing on their phone or watching their cars slowly veer disappeared to right in their lane, it's simply extremely hazardous. Anyone who says chitchat on phones while driving should be pushed into a cage of hungry cooking oil guys. I've seen next to my own eyes the harm it can do. I NEVER have a chat on my phone behind the joystick, and that's no lie.
as a minimum, their should be required to use hand free devices if not a total order on their use while driving.
