I have tried 0000,1234,1111 etc. but of no aid. My service provider MTNL says that it is a earpiece feature but Nokia race say that it is hand dependent. Also the user guide doesn't provide any info. regarding it. Can anybody assist me?

It might have be changed by u or someone who has fiddle with ur phone..Also check next to ur service provider for the same..Else ur SIM ca go and get blocked n it wil ask for a PUK /PUK2 code...

Call barring is a service provider feature. It will be given by MTNL those. one thing can start that MTNL dont have ring up barring feature...
Contact the service provider or nokia fastidiousness .
