I just get the razr and I can watch video and look at pictures but not take them. When I try to rob a picture, it says "picture appropriation failed" and when I do video it says "system error." Why and how do I fix it.
Answers: Since you newly got it and it won't lift pictures or video, then I suspect something is wrong next to the camera, and you should return it for a warranty replacement.
