Will I win charged if I bought a smart-phone for the discount price and later canceled the facts plan?
Answers: I dont think you will be chagred. Most discounts are applied because you any just signed up or you extended your contract. When you get the discount did you renew your contract, its very feasible and this is the reason they give you the discount. Not because you have a notes plan.
You will want to wait one billing cycle earlier you cancel the notes plan or yes you may be charged for the phone....
Edit: I work for Sprint and I know that sometimes to get the extra discount toward a phone you do own to purchase the data plan....
