Does anyone know how to fix a Virgin Mobile, Kyocra, phone that lately quit?

It worked perfectly fine and freshly suddenly quit and won't turn back on or charge. Thanks!


Answers:    that happen to me but with a different virgin mobile phone the customer service representative told me to help yourself to the back and the battery-operated out and hold the power button for 20 seconds afterwards re asemble if that dosent work then you might lately need to geet a modern phone . good luck
I HAVE A VIRGIN MOBILE KYOCERA SLIDER SONIC, AND ABOUT A WEEK AFTER I GOT IT IT STOPPED WORKING, IT WOULD TURN ON BUT NOT ALL THE WAY IT WOULD FREEZE WHEN IT SAID VIRGIN MOBILE, BUT YOU CAN CALL THE COMPANY AT 1888 322 1122 AND THEY WILL GIVE YOPU A NEW ONE. BUT VIRGIN MOBILE
