I have a monthly contract next to my phone provider (02) which is due to run out soon. I would like to take a pay as you run phone, but I want to be able to hold my own phone number. Is this possible?? I know what I have moved contracts to other providers it be possible, but I've never had a recompense as you go phone until that time so I thought I had better ask you guys.
Also.......any recommendation? for a PAYG provider? phone........cheap but reliable. thanks
Answers: I'd say-so stick with O2. On pay&travel they offer loads of freebies resembling free texts or minutes every month as standard. You also receive back 10% of your top-ups put a bet on as standard. I've been next to all of the other networks but found O2 the best by far and own stuck with them for 2years presently. They should let you save your number as they let you hang on to your number when you come from other networks so I really can't see that being a problem. Not sure just about suggesting a phone for you as you don't say what features you want.
yes u can I did this with my younger brother's phone I took it from PAYG to a contract near T Mobile...its best to call customer service of your mobile phone provider!
