I was lately wandering if there really is going to be a brand new 3G iPhone, and if so, does anyone know when it will come out and how much it will be.
Also, should i get one immediately, or wait until the clean one comes out?

Answers: Yes, there probably will be one. Not really sure how much its going to cost, and i believe its coming out mid May or untimely June. If i were you i'd lurk.
