Does talkcommunicate still set aside such discouraging customer service?

I was thinking of switching from BT to talkcooperate but was put bad by many unpromising reviews. What is your experience?


Answers:    i took up the offer of free broadband, get charged and phoned them everyday for a month at about an hour a time and still waiting on reimbursement.that was around 6 months ago.avoid that company like the plague!
