How much does it cost for "Cingular" costomers? for......?

calling after nine and talking to somebody from a different time zone
example: I live within NJ and over here it was 11ish at hours of darkness, and in Las Vegas it be 8 something probably...did it cost any money for me becuz we were contained by different timezones?
but for me it was after nine?.... please permit me know!
