Teens beside Cell phones. Good or desperate?
Answers: good as long as they're responsible next to their minutes and texts
Depends. Are they responsible? Do they really obligation one?? I bought them for my children for calling after school if they call for, and when driving. It's almost impossible to find a pay phone if you involve one anymore. I do however, think any teen who uses a cell phone when driving should be fined. That is totally dangerous.

You can other by them a cell with the prepaid minutes that style they wont go over and cost you a fortune. But for sanctuary reasons I would vote it is good to hold one.
It depends on what you consider good and/or impossible. For safety object I would recommend it. Example: if your teenager is involved surrounded by after school accomplishments and esp. if they drive then I vote get it. However if your youthful just requests a cell phone to want one. I say obtain them one, but make them pay envelope for the bill when it comes. I was 16 when I get my first cell phone and I paid for it next to my money.
