ok, so for a while now, my phone...it doesn't play nouns...no ringtones, no music...i can make and recieve call, but no one on any end hear anything but silence...sound works on an telephone i can plug in...it's be this way for a couple months...i know i stipulation to bring it in to the verizon store to hold them look at it, but until i can do that, does anyone know why it's happening??
Answers: own you checked the sound setting if so, simply call performance customer service
