Ok so a couple days ago my Samsung u-740 started doing tis weird point! So I would call someone or someone would call for me and I could't hear anything the person be saying, but they could hear everything I be saying of late fine!! After like 30 times of trying to grasp the phone to work it worked two times and then started out of use anymore!Then the next morning I reliezed that I could only hear the being if I put my phone on speaker phone!! This phone is only 4 months elderly and It's Verizion!! I don't have plenty money to buy anothe one if its broken but I have to enjoy a Phone!! PLEASE help if you no wats wrong or enjoy any solutions!! Thanks!!

Answers: Go into Settings and Tools, Sounds Settings, And call settings , ringer volume and set it difficult. If this doesn't work your top speaker is probably broken. I am not sure so take it surrounded by to verizon and see if they can fix it. It may cost money if you take it contained by but atleast you will know what the problem is.
Most Cell Phones have a 1 year warranty. See if Verizon will replace or repair it for free.
