I upgraded my Orange mobile by ringing 150 on my Orange mobile which is currently on month 14 of an 18 month contract. Orange were ecstatic to scrap the existing and start a up to date contract. The salesman told me it would be lb5 a month less than I enjoy been paying, beside 200 more minutes than before. I agreed on these terms and he read the trial speeches and summarised. It now turns out that near is no lb5 per month saving, so any he lied or was mistaken. I own rang red and been told thus:-
"sorry but the salesman didnt know what daytime it was"
"oh, well its another department and you arent allowed to speak to them"
"ah, okay I will email my manager to email his governor, but i'm off tomorrow, christmas shopping"
I am starting to discern they have breached the contract...
Does any one know if they own and if so, what can i do??

Answers: if it states on the contract you are payin 5 pound smaller number every month
then they enjoy to charge you at that rate

ring trading standards the should help you
Go hindmost to the same salesperson and see what he tell you. If it turns out that he is wrong, he should be able to correct the problem. But in general if you conduct business in personality, things tend to happen contained by your favor a lot more.
