so my friends got the iphone and they enjoy Tmobile. they got their sim card and put it within the iphone or something

Answers: Nope. AT&T and T-Mobile use GSM technology (SIM chip). Verizon and Sprint use CDMA which is incompatible beside GSM technology.
Not possible with Verizon. Verizon does not use SIM cards.
