I hold a Samsung A620 phone and every very soon and after it will shut past its sell-by date for no aim. What would grounds this?

How do I correct this. My phone provider tech people vote if the problem does not occur while they enjoy the phone then they can not correct it. Of course it does not come up while they have it. Plus why would that concern. If you know what the problem is, why not fix it.

Answers:    Years ago, I had a Nokia phone that did that- it kept shutting stale. After a few weeks, the battery would seize overheated, then the phone would shut stale. I sent it for repairs, and when it came backbone it started to do the same entity after one week.
The point is try to get a untried phone, because from my experience it will never be the same.
That stinks going on for the tech people, too.
DIP IT IN SOME H20. IT WILL HELP TRUST ME!
