Can u set music as ringtones next to the iphone-either from itunes or verbs from computer or bluetooth- gratitude

o ringtones from Sendsong (from my iTunes lib) internal
o ringtones from my computer (added to iTunes as ringtones) synced.
o ringtones from Apple. synced
o ringtones via ssh/sftp. via edging and wifi.
But none via bluetooth....
