Verizon phone help out !?

i have my phone set so when i return with a text or telephone call it states who its from and then plays my ringtone
suddenly whenver i carry a call it say,
"verizon wireless" before, consequently it does the normal who its from and ringtone
does anyone know why this is stirring? it isn't doing this on anyone elses phones!


Answers:    I often hear Verizon Wireless announced on my phone also I reflect on it has something to do beside the signal being lost and when it is retrieved it announces Verizon Wireless.
