can i get a different phone even though my phone is more expensive and i hold insurance and a 2 year contract .


Answers:    If you have insurance afterwards you need to record a claim with a Asurion, the out of store insurance company, payment a deductible, and they will send the replacement phone to you. Because your phone get wet, you hold to file through Asurion. They will not know how to do anything for you at the repair center because of the liquid injury. With Asurion you might be able to convince them to convey you a different model, but I doubt it. Its worth a shot though, worst they can do is say no. Good luck!
once u use ur insurance; they will distribute u the same phone. just if they do not have that phone surrounded by there inventory will they tender u a like phone; and it is in that decision; which phone they will transport to u.
