Don't tell me they don't exist, because I know for a certainty that they do. I just don't know where on earth I can get one. I tried eBay, but the solely Verizon SIM cards on there are ones that come beside phones, and I don't want to have to buy a phone. I freshly need the card for a project.

Answers: It's not certainly a Verizon sim card. It's a Vodafone sim card that is distributed THROUGH Verizon beside certain phones to use when you travel overseas. Verizon themselves DO NOT use sim cards.
