You do not need Itunes as the other poster have said. For Motorola phones, you need a software call "Motorola Phone Tools" and a USB cable
Once the software is loaded to your PC, you can connect the phone and transfer files.
Please information that the L6 only have 10meg of onboard memory and no expandable memory slot. This will limit you to one and only being competent to put on a couple of MP3's
The L7 has expandable memory, that would be the phone that you can use as an mp3 player or survey videos on. Your phone, the best you could do would be a couple of songs and some ringtones
