will i have to compensate for a replacement phone?

Answers: call customer service and repeal the your phone line, someone else can use it and dissipate your phone bill. You can also use the customer service to ask them about your problem. But you HAVE to let somebody know your parents. Good luck!
if you have insurance on it you can bring back another one for free but whose ever name is on the plan have to be there to variety the claim, if not within should be something you can do but you would have to share your parents so that they can help you out or phone up the provider yourself, you'll have to swipe the bill beside account number from your parents.
if you want a replacement phone the soul that the account is below is going to call so i doubt that's you and it is your parents so they will enjoy to call.
