I am trying to install a ringtone on my Katana II from Sprint, but it says "Please install plug-in after this download. Content type is not compatible." Is their anyway I can trade name it "compatible" ?

If you are downloading the ringtone from Sprint you should not hold a problem. If you are not, see if you phone is on the list of compatible phones.
