*228 is what we use near alltel service but i'm unsure what the OTA programming code is for Verizon. Do it and see what it says otherwise phone up your local dealer and ask them in the region of the OTA programming and if its available in your nouns. All retail locations have the gift to "flash" the most current PRL into your phone also if you can just stop within. Takes about 10 minutes or so.
