I have the Samsung Sync next to AT&T and my friend lost the back to it. I still hold the batery and everything but I dont want it to fall out. Can I buy a contemporary back for it? (Don't voice to tape it.)

You should move about to your local AT&T store, and the should ahve extra accesories for their phones, and many of them are Battery Backs, But you should be capable of buy a new for nearly 3-5 bucks
If you just step to AT&T they should just offer you one off the dummy phone or a broken one.
