10 well brought-up reason for a cell phone!!?

I am 15 and have a friend to be exact 12. she called me and asked me if i know 10 good reason why she should get a cell phone. I own a cell phone myself but i cant think of any right in a minute. Please help!!!

4.) she can revise responsibility at a young age.
5.) no more hogging up the manor or "house" phone.
