Ringtones sites for phones lacking internet?

Ok, so I have a Motorola Razr V3a, and I hold alltel. Is there any pattern sites I can go on that I can purely have the ringtone sent to my phone minus using the browser or downloading anything to my computer? I also don't have the cable entity to plug in.

So please I merely need a well-mannered, safe site.
