my friend has be with me adjectives day long and she have said that her phone keeps turning stale since she got it more or less 2 months ago. Its a razr v3a...Since she has be with me today her phone have turned off 6 times. Could it be a problem or just her freestyle...Please help her do she cant live without her phone :)

Answers: I enjoy a razr (by the way, they suck) and my freestyle lasts lone a few hours. Also, sometimes it will just shut stale on me. When I took mine in, they said that it be doing it because it has river damage. Tell her to start her phone and see if on the battery, here is a white circle sticker or a red sticker. If it is red, it has wet damage.
I would lately tell her to bring it in and ask doesn`t matter what cell phone carrier she have why the phone is shutting off. They may replace the battery-operated if it is their fault and not hers.
is the freestyle dead (( possibly she should charge it))
