Have you heard of wireless phone company called HELIO? I haven't got my refund check for 9 months! They suck!

I returned the phone because network was bad. Used it for 3 days and sent the equipement back as instructed. They messed up on the process and kept on telling me to wait. "Someone will call you"... I returned it on Aug of 06!! They won't even give me phone number to corp to complain!! They will NOT give me anyone's number to call but the cust. service rep!! They have the worst cust. service! How can I get my $215 back??! Should I sue?
Answer: keep on calling, so that company is not good. i used to say that i would never go to a company that wasnt the main ones.
