Help me find out of my O2 contract?

I took a 18 month contract out on the understanding that i could receive deed mesages from the U S A. This is not the case for some point i am the only one contained by my family that cannot receive thease messages. After a few calls to 02 they told me i WOULD be capable of cancell when i rang to do this i be told that now i cannot cancell. When we signed the contract it be on the understanding that i would know how to receive text from the U S A. What can i do?


Answers:    you have need of to write to them to cancel...they kept on describing me they would cancel over the phone next EVENTUALLY told me that for anyone to cancel they NEED to write O2 a notification stating your name, number, billing address, number and aim for cancelling.

Then they will end in 30 days of them recieving the notification
Read through your contract but chances are you are stuck. I be mislead through sprint when I signed up about plan change and I had more or less 6 months left on my contract and changed my plan and they added 2 years to my contract. Hard to bring out of things that you actually sign your mark to. Showed that you understand adjectives aspects of the contract.
