Answers: I think you will find that the phone shop are at defect for not asking for enough proof of ID. Usually you own to provide at least 2 save three forms. One of which shows your DOB - I would tell them that you are contacting Trading Standards for direction on this. I would actually nickname TS to see what they say or the CAB, but I bet your daughter get to keep the phone and they dissolve the contract!!
