Answers: The Pantech Duo is more for business stuff, as it comes with Windows Mobile 6, etc. Although, so does the Blackjack II, though the Blackjack is collectively aimed towards teens. It's much sleeker and thinner, so it's really a matter of nouns. They're both the same price, so that's not an issue, but the Blackjack II is a much nicer looking phone, within my opinion, beside mostly all the features of the Pantech.
Personally I would pick the second one. =]
