In my inference if the company can not produce the documents they claim you have used to this service , I can't see how they enjoy a case against your sketch. If might be a good concept to hire a lawyer to draft a missive for you, to have them put up or drop the charges to you. It will be cheaper later paying for a phone bill that's in press.
