Bluetoothing ringtones! HELP!!?

I have a Rzr2 and wen i first get it i was competent to accept and distribute ringtones. Now my fone wont let me adopt them!
i can send them to anyone but if someone sent one to me it say on there phone nouns interupted! whats the deal?!
