Cracked?????
Unfortunately, my cell phone be recently undermined. The front is cracked. I'm not sure how it happened; it be safely kept surrounded by the inner pocket of my purse all through the hours of daylight, but when I took it out to check my messages in the slow afternoon, the last time I saw it have been roughly speaking 8 AM, I opened the phone. When I closed it, I notice a little stripe on the front, that I KNOW hadn't been in that that morning.
At first glance, I'd presumed that the "little line" be simply a smudge, because the phone smudges rather smoothly, however, further examination proved that it be not a smudge, or even scratch--the front of the phone is cracked.
It has not be dropped, misused, hit on anything, or anything else like that, surrounded by the past month. A little over a month ago, I dropped it, however, it hit awfully fluffy carpet, and be fine.
Will the insurance from Alltell cover this?
Answers: insurance covers any damage or even loss. you will hold to pay a deductable and they transport you a phone (refurbished)
Call and find out...if someone gets mouthy, ask for a supervisor or hang down up...Usually if a company is bought and sold they may have different policies...ask.
Apparently, the plastic get old....
