if your audible range is not good adequate, you may want to get a bluetooth headset.
in that are many lemon iPhones! rob it to an APPLE store (not AT&T). you may get a replacement on the spot or they will distribute it back, and grant you a loaner.
my first iPhone was a lemon, mobile problems. Not all are 100% ok!

voicemail is different! it's solely as good as the soul who recorded it. The headset or a bluetooth headset can really help. Remember you can other dial in for voice post!
