I have a really frail Samsung phone and I want to enable the phone lock but when I travel to enable it and type within the password, it tells me it is the wrong password, but I can't remember my out-of-date one so what can I do?
Answers: If the last 4 digits of your # don't work, try 1111 or 0000. If you've customized the password, nobody can retreive it for you so you'd enjoy to go to settings, attempt to switch the Unlock Code and enter the wrong code 3 times in a row to lock it completely, afterwards call your haulier for the Pin Unlock Code or PUK code to unlock it. Once you unlock it with the PUK, you can set a brand new password. Phones have 2 PUKs so be sure to ask for both of them when you nickname your carrier (if the other suggestions don't work). The phone will ask for PIN 1 or PIN 2.
