How am I billed for my Mobile Web 2.0 on my Verizon phone?

I looked on Verizon's FAQ on the site and it said that it was $5 a month AND deduct out of my minutes, which is which...or is it both?

Answers:    It depends on your calling plan. 1) If you have the vcast vpack it is included and will not lift away from your minutes and will not incrue any other data charges 2) If you are on the america's choice plan (it is probally your price plan if you enjoy had the plan for at lowest possible a few months), it will charge you $5 per month for the mobile web feture and it will nick away from your minutes 3) if you have one of the newer general plans, mobile web is included beside your calling plan but it will charge $1.99 per mb rounded up to the next unmatched mb for accessing the mobile pattern............. yes the same rules apply if you are lately browsing or accessing your email
if thats what it said online afterwards you just answered your own request for information.
