Way to go and get cheap/free phone from AT&T?

my phone broke, my contract (2 yrs) isn't up yet but, the warranty on my phone is up. i go in to buy a unusual phone yesterday and they said it would be $350...i don't have the money to buy that but, i really involve a new phone. is near any way around paying $350 for a modern phone?


Answers:    Buy an AT&T prepaid phone (GoPhone) and pop your SIM card into it.

Also, the craigslists in most areas hold lots of postings for AT&T and unlocked phones.
