the number 6 key broke rotten of my chocolate phone and i was wondering if i be covered. on my monthly bill it says i am a subscriber to something call "teklock line" which im assuming is the insurance, but on verizon.com i only found 'asurion' i be wondering if i am covered by that company, and if they will replace my phone if i send it to them?

Answers: resourcefully if youve had the phone underneath a year try going throguh the manufactored waranty but if your paying 4.99 a month then you do own insurasnce and it willl cover it
