Answers: Yes it can be unlocked, who can do it - 3 can but they are notoriously difficult to obtain unlock codes out of.

One thing I would not recommend is to switch in codes you find online as you can render the earpiece totally useless. If 3 won't unlock it try your local friendly independent phone shop.
