Answers:    My sis have this one and its pretty cool - her first sony i believe after being beside Nokia for years. Takes good aspect pics and the mp3 player is good on it - the one and only thing she wishes be on it, which i have on mine :-) is software experience to be able to crop your own music files on your workstation and use them as ringtones. Mind you i do it for her and bluetooth it to her!! She's definitely comfortable with it tho. I approaching mine too, Motorola K1. Easy to use but the quality of pics isnt as dutiful as the sony and it isnt an mp3. depends what features you consider important, hope this help in some small approach!
i changed from nokia to sony eric 2yrs ago and wouldn't have anything else presently.
